Miss Shelly's  is the story of my family and heritage. My Grandmother who was a big part of my early years was from Bocas Del Torro Panama, Isla Colon. I have great memories of being there even though back then it was still considered a third world country.  MissShelly's embodies everything that i have worked for the past 25 years n my culinary career, having my kids by my side going thru all the wins and losses it only makes us stronger. Being in Normal Heights, the community has embraced us with open arms, and we are so grateful that Rosie O Gradys has taken us in and called us Family! Like the Sunflower, (Which is my Favorite Flower) wakes up to face the sun every day, we too will do the same, and ever since I was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2000 this would be my motto to always look to the sun for my healing and inspiration. Mi Abuela has since past but will never be forgotten. 

I look forward to meeting and greeting everyone in the neighborhood, to come and enjoy our food and atmosphere that we are building. We are hosting events monthly from paint and sips to macrame classes in our back space and always looking for that artist that wants to share thier talents with the hood!
