I've always had a passion for food that is fun to make and exciting to eat. Now that I am an empty nester, I have decided to share my family's favorite sauces with people who appreciate good flavor more than the average. With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant business, my focus now is introducing my favorite city to the food i love to cook. 

We opened MissShelly's Shack ( formerly Bocas Del Sol) in 2023 Superbowl weekend. What a Blast, the neighborhood in Normal Heights is amazing and the space we have inside of Rosie O Grady's has infinite possibilities.
